Please consider this a final reminder to RSVP if you plan to attend the IIM 2012 Annual Investor Meeting. Both current and prospective investors are welcome. The meeting will be held next Saturday night, February 18th, at the Postcard Inn at Holiday Isle.
The meeting will be in The Quarterdeck room, which is on the second story of the main building, above the hotel lobby. Doors open at 7:30 p.m. and I’ll start my presentation at 8:00 p.m. Flip flops and shorts are fine. There will be an open bar, coffee, desserts and, oh yes, key lime pie.
Please let me know if you have any questions about the venue or logistics. And if you’re looking to grab something to eat before the meeting, I highly recommend the French Onion Burger at the new Shula Burger restaurant, also on the resort property. You will pass out.
Here’s one more link to RSVP, and I look forward to seeing you soon.

1. An old hand says stocks are the cheapest they’ve been in three decades.
2. The neuroscience of happiness.
3. First impressions of the Facebook IPO filing.
4. Chuck Akre on the search for compounding machines.
5. Cigarettes, alcohol or checking email: which is hardest to resist?
6. The downside of investing safely.
And the best sentence I read this week, from here:
“On Monday night, Blake Griffin dunked so hard on Kendrick Perkins that the Mayan apocalypse was called off.”
